Just wanting to acknowledge & again thank the lovely Colum Ryan of Judlyn! :)We have had an unused home alarm system that keeps going off randomly & last night, went off over a dozen times in the space of 30 minutes! :( The battery appeared to be soldered in & the mains power to it out of reach (up in the roof) for us to get to.With it just being myself & my daughter in our household, in desperation, I had posted on my local suburb Facebook page seeking (paid) assistance. Despite being away at the moment, Colum contacted me & guided me in disconnecting it over a video call. He also offered to pop round to disconnect it from the mains free of charge on his return!Extremely grateful, after another round of repeated alarms last night & absolutely NO success trying to get hold of anyone who could help. Thank you soooooo much Colum - Highly recommend!! :):):):):)
