Would not recommend this company to anyone. We had a tentative booking, subject to paperwork being sent through from store supplying AC unit, paperwork wasn't sent through and a few days prior to install date, we rang to see what was happening and they said no paperwork was received so tentative booking was cancelled - with no notice to us, no communication at all. Called store who supplied AC and they were in disbelief on the cancellation as paperwork can be sent through very quick even if a miscommunication was made. Supplying store contacted IC cool and then told us to expect a phone call from IC Cool, IC cool manager called us and told my husband he didn't want to do the wrong this but not calling us - (but they were happy to cancel our booking without calling us) and said nothing he can do. Poor business management, poor resolution management, no empathy.my review of this companies demeanor stands regardless of the embarrassing public response they wish to share. I am very happy with the work provided. I had two systems installed, the crew were on time, professional and did a great job with everything even the clean up at the end. Yes there were a couple of extra costs on the install which I was already aware of on purchasing my air conditioner units as I read the brochure supplied before my purchase. I would definitely recommend I. C. Cool, thanks again guys.

One of the owners and two of his crew installed my AC in record time. They were amazing, and very very focussed on getting the job done professionally and quickly. Really happy with the workmanship. I’d definitely recommend them.

Thanks to Claude, Paul and the team for organising three split system AC supply/installs. The installs were organised within a week and they did a great job. Would recommend this service to anybody.

Absolute quality workmanship!! Incredibly happy with the AC, duct and vent installation they did for us. Our previous system had components/pipes exposed to the elements, and without asking, they had ensured the new installation was completely protected/shielded from any UV or other weathering elements. Honest, friendly and helpful bunch that I'll absolutely be using in the future.

Incredibly disappointed with the complete lack of professionalism after years of service with this company. My mum has been waiting almost 4 weeks for her air conditioner to be repaired and received absolutely no communication within that time. Today she spoke to the office manager, Jodie, who was certain that the service would go ahead tomorrow. Shortly after, my mum received a voicemail afterhours cancelling the service due to a busy schedule.I completely understand this is a busy time given the heat, but to make someone wait 4 weeks before canceling the night before is absolutely disgraceful. This could have been cancelled weeks ago if that was the case, and she could have looked elsewhere. Will not recommend this company to anyone.

Organised 3 aircon units to be installed by IC Cool. Other installers told us we'd be waiting nearly 2 months but with IC Cool they've booked us in, within 2 weeks. Jody was amazingly helpful, easy to deal with and cheerful. Amazing customer service!

My retiree mother's air conditioning broke in December and made a booking for the air conditioning to be fixed in late January as the earliest booking.The night before the scheduled service they called at 5.20pm and left a voice message saying they're cancelling and then left for the day so they couldn't be contacted.Very unprofessional and embarassing at the lack of ability to manage a schedule and to notify so late of the cancellation, would have gone else where had we known they would cancel and we now have to wait 6 weeks to book elsewhere.Avoid at all costs if this is the way they treat customers.
