Please keep your eyes on the road & hands on the wheel at all times when driving. This message is for the bearded man driving the grey Triton ute with orange trailer this morning. You failed to stop at a 'Give Way' sign & nearly knocked me off my bicycle. I've been cycling safely for 40 years now & this is the first time I thought it could be over for me. I thought the last thing I would see before I leave this world would be the number plate 'ALARM 1'. I apologise to other pedestrians in the area for swearing loudly but I think this might've saved my life as the driver looked up at that moment and applied the brakes. Lucky too as I didn't want my last word on this earth to be a profanity! Drive safely & obey the road rules. It's much easier to obey the rules if you are looking through your windscreen while driving. Looking down at your phone or anything else that isn't the road is not cool!

Highly recommend the Crown Security team for their products and service. They installed a CCTV system for me 2 years ago, the install and aftercare were both great. I recently decided to transfer more of our security services to Crown Security and have been incredibly happy with the process. Sav and his team went above and beyond to ensure the system is configured correctly during install and they have followed up since, to make sure the system is working as we need.

Initially quite impressed with the service, Not having any experience with this technology I relied on them to install the equipment and provide the training necessary to operate it. However they are very money centred as I found I needed certain aspects changed they were prepare to do it for a price. Written instructions are not provided by them on how to use certain functions like copying a section of tape and saving it. They sent me a 400 page manufactures manual without referring to the section on copying. Having survived a stroke two years ago this is difficult for me to do . Unfortunately I can no longer used their services or recommend them to others.

Excellent service and technical knowledge. The handover was informative and Sav took the time to answer any questions. Patience shown in getting the positioning of cameras just right was tremendous. Thank you Sav and Lewis for your professionalism and courtesy throughout.

Hands down, Crown Security (CS) is by far the most professional security provider I have ever encountered. CR staff are skilled at trouble-shooting recorders, cameras and network issues. They are especially thorough when delivering solutions while being very personable and patient to those (myself included) not well versed in advanced CCTV technology. I had a CCTV system in place that was incorrectly set up but when I switched to CS they worked hard to trouble-shoot a complicated system and was especially thorough in setting up the cameras to maximise the efficacy of our CCTV system. CS's response to my queries has always been swift, complete, and honest. Crown Security is my go-to security provider.

I decided to have a home security system installed and my old alarm updated. I called Crown and from the very start they were knowledgeable, no mucking around and then installed a whole new system. The after sales service and response to my questions was amazing, they were super fast and helped with all my questions. Thanks so much. Couldn’t have had better service!

From the 1st call to the most recent work completed, Crown Security have provided 1st class customer service. The whole team have been easy to deal with and totally professional. The instillation of cameras was done without any fuss and the quality of workmanship is excellent. I decided to have additional work completed as I was so staffed with the 1st work order and am now having my alarm monitored by them. They clearly have some massive clients but treat the residential customer with equal respect and courtesy. I can't fault the level of support I've been given and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them if you are looking for anyone in the security industry.

I had a Hills ducted Vacuum installed by Crown a few years ago and needed to upgrade it. So I called them to discuss fining a good Australian made option. I spoke to Jean, and she was great, gave me lost of options and honest advice on what would work best for our needs. I can't fault their customer service and quality of the products or the install they did. I would recommend Crown to anyone thinking of a ducted vacuum system or anything else, and I will use them again 100%.

Thank you Sav and Dan from Crown Security for installing our front gate Video Security system. We had issues with our gate being installed on time from another supplier and you guys went over and above to fit in around their schedule. We can now see who's at our front door and remotely let them in even when we are not home. Your Customer service was second to none. thank you for making us feel safe.
